The steel sheets are cut at a 45-degree angle, and the step-lap core assembly method reduces no-load losses and no-load currents, while minimizing noise and increasing the core's structural stiffness. The silicon steel sheets are cut on computer-controlled automatic production lines, ensuring high precision and stability.

Transformer Manufacturing Technology

For single-phase transformers and some small three-phase transformers, the core is designed in a rolled steel sheet form, cut on fully automatic equipment.
