Warranty Policy at THIBIDI

THIBIDI is responsible for the warranty of goods for 24 months (2 years) from the invoice date. If customers require a warranty period longer than 2 years, please contact THIBIDI for a specific quotation.

In the event of a malfunction, customers must maintain the original condition of the site and invite technicians from both sides to determine the cause and draw a conclusion.

If:

  • The fault is due to the customer, THIBIDI will repair it and the customer will cover the cost.
  • The fault is due to THIBIDI within the warranty period, THIBIDI will repair it at no cost to the customer.

After-Sales Policy

Along with improving product quality in production, the company has a professional maintenance team ready to serve customers 24/7 to address any issues. Additionally, our company repairs all transformer units with capacities from 10kVA to 15000kVA and voltages up to 35kV, and provides technical advice on transformer operation and maintenance.

Aiming to meet customer needs, our company is committed to continuously improving product quality, reducing costs, perfecting services, and always listening to customer feedback to enhance product and service quality.
