Step 2: Customers only need to enter the machine number (the machine number is printed on the machine body, machine label and factory book) into the “Lookup” box, then product information will appear such as: machine number, customer name, product name, invoice number, standard, note (invoice date).
Step 3: Then, you compare the above results with the relevant information about the product that you currently have (economic contract, factory delivery note, financial invoice, etc.), to see if this information is the same or suitable.
